REFERANS, Maliye Bakanlığı Hesap Uzmanları Kurulu’nda hesap uzmanlığı görevinde bulunmuş ve daha sonra kamu ve özel sektörde yöneticilik görevi üstlenmiş YMM ünvanına sahip kurucular ile, yeminli mali müşavirlik faaliyetine 2000 yılında Ankara ve Konya’da başlamıştır.
Genç, dinamik ve konusunda uzman personeli ile vergi, denetim, danışmanlık, kurumsal finans alanlarında hizmet veren firmamız küresel değişimi yakından takip ederek müşterilerine gereken en kaliteli hizmeti vermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu anlamda 2008 yılında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (ve Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurulu’na başvuruda bulunan firmamız, aynı yıl içersinde SPK’ya ve EPDK’ya tabi kuruluşların bağımsız denetim lisanslarını alarak, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatına tabi olan, İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsasında işlem gören veya görmeyen bütün şirketlerin bağımsız denetim raporlarını düzenlemekte ve Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu nezdinde şirketlerin sürekli, özel ve sınırlı mali denetimlerini de yapmaktadır.

REFERANS, started certified public accountancy services in 2000, in both Ankara and Konya with the founder who had worked as Tax Inspectors in Ministiry of Finance and later undertaken managerial functions in public and private sector. Growing our firm with understanding of private and close consultancy for each company, opened offices in 2003 in Adana and in 2006 in İstanbul and in 2014 in Antep.So, Referans has become one of Turkey’s leading audit consultancy firms with more than 40 employees.
Our firm, which furnish services in the areas of tax, audit, consultancy and corporate finance with young, dynamic and expert staff, aims to provide the highest quality services to its customers by following global change. Our firm, applyed to Capital Market Board and Energy Market Regulatory Authority in 2008 for the independent audit licences of entities subject to the CMB and EMRA and obtained it in the same year. Since our firm has been going on organize independent audit report of the companies subject to Capital Market Board Legislation, which have been publicly-traded or non-public-traded companies on the Istanbul Stock Exchange and also, making continuous, special and limited financial audit of companies subject to Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

All of the co-founders of Referans were tax inspectors, revenue controllers or higher ranked managers in the Ministry of Finance. All has Sworn-in CPA certificate and some of them worked in private sector as top level managers.
